Red Clay Holdings LLC was built right here in the Piney Woods of East Texas, where red dirt roads, tall pines, and small-town communities have always felt like home. The story began nearly two decades ago with the purchase of a first property at just 25 years old. What started with one property and a willingness to learn has steadily grown over the years into a diverse collection of East Texas real estate. Today, we provide residential and commercial rental properties throughout the familiar red-clay stomping grounds of Gladewater, Kilgore, Big Sandy, Liberty City, and Tatum.

Our philosophy is simple: take care of our properties, treat people fairly, and provide places that tenants are proud to call home or operate their business. We believe local ownership matters. Our roots are here, our properties are here, and our future is here. With a diverse portfolio that includes single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, mobile homes on individual lots, and commercial spaces, we’re committed to serving our East Texas community with integrity and excellence.
